Every Casual Scratch Golf product is made to order to help reduce waste and ensure every item is produced specifically for you. 

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2-5 business days before shipping. Once your order has been produced, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected and checkout. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. 

Returns and Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Preference changes

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will always work with you to make it right by arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
